Positive Habits Change

Make Positive Changes to These Habits & Watch Yourself GROW

Good Habits are as Addictive as Bad Habits, But Much More Rewarding.

Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day

Replacing old habits that you know aren’t doing your life any favors, really needs to be approached in the same way as changing your nutritional intake from a bad diet to a more positive one.

Here at Fat Loss Classroom, I have insisted many times that in order to achieve your goals in your own healthand life in general you need to first set yourself smaller goals.

Achieve those goals, then move onto the next, slightly bigger goal.

Replacing one bad food for a good one is what I’m talking about here – and habits should be treated in the same way.

If you try to change too much too soon, you’ll more than likely overload your brain, give yourself too much to think about and ultimately give yourself unattainable goals.

The secret? Change each habit one at a time.

I’ve grown up with so many bad habits it’s unreal. But on the flip side to that I know I have many good habits that I have stood by since a kid.

All depends on your upbringing and outlook on life.

The worst possible scenario someone can be in is in that closed minded state. Where they are who they ‘think’ they are and ‘won’t change for anyone’. Don’t change for anyone. Change for YOURSELF.

The scary position that a lot of people get themselves into is thinking that they are who they are, and they can’t (or won’t) change. They don’t believe they can grow. In some cases people don’t realize that they should be growing in the first place.

Live Bold and Bloom

The great thing for us who know that the complete opposite is true, is that by simply changing one habit at a time we can grow to become better, more healthier person over the long haul. Not just over the next few weeks until we lose motivation again.

With that said, I have a great post from LiveBoldandBloom.com to share with you.

You Didn’t Just Say That, Did you?

Now what I’m about to say may baffle a few people but hear me out. Take the first 15 with a pinch of salt – Well at least the first 14 anyway. Number 15 isn’t so bad!

I say this because those of you who are reading this are more than likely looking to have higher activity levels than they are recommending – especially if you want to lose a fair amount of fat and get that nice slender toned body.

They’re not bad pointers and starting points but for the sake of our goals here on this blog – use this instead

However, once you get onto the ‘Healthy Eating Habits’ and ‘Thinking Habits’ you’ll find some gems. Notice the words, ‘substitute’,  ‘increase’ and ‘reduce’ – all words that I use here on the FLC blog. It’s not about being a Super Hero overnight.

I’ll say it again, it’s about the long haul.

Staying fit and healthy both in body AND mind is a life long commitment.

Are you IN or are you OUT?

Stay Focused – Train Safe – Be Who you REALLY Want to be.
